TU Serves provides students with the opportunity to volunteer at various organizations each month. Transportation is provided from campus to the service site and back to campus at the end of the event. TU Serves runs from September through May.
TU serves will be volunteering with Pickersgill, a retirement community right here in the Towson area, from 10:30-11:30 am. Volunteers will be gardening and interacting with the clients.
Volunteers will meet on campus at 10:00 am and return to campus around 12 pm.
Space is limited due to capacity limits and requests of our community partner. Once the trip has filled, volunteers will be added to a wait-list and will be notified if a space becomes available.
